Welcome to Wilkes Berry. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following local-specific terms:

1. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

We operate a local-only delivery service.

• Completion of Sale: Our responsibility for the goods ends the moment they are placed at your delivery address.

• Unattended Items: If you are not home, we will leave your order in the safest visible spot (porch, doorstep, etc.). Wilkes Berry is not responsible for theft, weather damage, or tampering once the item has been dropped off.

• Delivery Access: You must ensure our team has access to your property (e.g., gate codes provided). If we cannot access the drop-off point, we will return the items to our home base, and a redelivery fee may apply.

2. Local Pickup

• Notification: You will receive an alert when your order is ready.

• Holding Period: We will hold pickup orders for 24 hours. Due to the nature of our products, orders not picked up within this window may be forfeited without a refund.

3. Limitation of Liability

Wilkes Berry’s total liability for any order is limited strictly to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for any incidents occurring on your property during the delivery process.
