Refund Policy

At Wilkes Berry, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Because our items are perishable, our refund policy is designed to ensure food safety and the highest standards for our community.

1. Perishable Goods (All Sales Final)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up. This policy ensures that every item leaving our hands is fresh and has never been out of a temperature-controlled environment.

 

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change. You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of the original order placement time.

  • How to Cancel: Please email us at hello@wilkesberry.com with your Order Number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line.

  • Outside the Window: Once 24 hours have passed, we have already begun sourcing ingredients or preparing your specific order. At this stage, the order is locked in and no longer eligible for a refund.

 

3. Issues with Your Order

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Please include a photo of the product and your order number in your email.

  • We will review your request immediately and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit to make it right.

 

4. Processing Your Refund

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
